Noise! Noise! Noise! Unbearable, unending, no time for poise Every morning it begins, Through the day it rings. Thoughts aplenty, limitless voices, songs play, Criticisms pour, pendulums sway. Agitation stirs in every corner, Alas! What should I do to stop this horror? Day in and out, Breathe in, breathe out, Life goes as it should, Life goes on, so it must! How to cope? How to deal? All I want is to just heal!! Can't take more it seems, I need a break, Professionals, poetry, prayers and my work make Consistency, routine, sleep and meals, Bring peace, let calm settle upon me
